Welcome to the Caking It blog! I'm thrilled to have you here!

I'm Beth. A diagnosed coeliac for over 20 years, and a home-baking recipe developer. 


A combination of eureka moments, successful bakes and, of course, failures, helped lead to the creation of Caking it Gluten Free.

Many of the bakes you see you might not have come across in gluten free form before. But why should coeliacs, and anyone following a gluten free diet, miss out?

I guarantee that every cupcake is deliciously moorish, utterly decadent, and completely gluten free.
