I adore chocolate chip muffins. Finding chunks of chocolate in each mouthful is a wonderful addition to any muffin. So, when Creative Nature kindly gifted me a pack of their Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix I was made up!
It so simple so create great bakes using their mixes, and this recipe is definitely no different!
You'll need a mini muffin pan, some of my homemade caramel, and some Creative Nature gnawbles to top! They're crunchy, sweet, moreish balls of deliciousness that finish off these muffins perfectly. I used salted caramel, which went perfectly with the chocolate chip muffin and the caramel sauce on top.

Ingredients
Sponge
1 packet of Creative Nature Chocolate Chip Muffins Mix
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g unsalted butter/ dairy free spread
2 tbsp milk/ water
Frosting
Creative Nature Salted caramel gnawbles

Method: Sponge
Don't forget to wait until all the ingredients are room temperature before starting.

Once your goodies have arrived, preheat oven to 180C. Fill 24 mini muffin holes with mini cases.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together with a wooden spoon, ensuring that all the butter is incorporated.
Spoon 1 heaped teaspoon of batter into each cupcake case and place in an oven for 12 minutes. A skewer or toothpick inserted into the cupcakes should come out clean.
Assembly
Making sure the sponges are completely cool, spoon a little caramel onto each muffin and top with a single Gnawble.
